Executive Mind Masters enrollment is now open for the upcoming quarter.

Karl Bimshas Consulting's Executive Mind Masters is a small, in-person leadership cohort for San Diego business owners, executives, department heads, and managers who are ready to defeat Leadership Drift.

We meet weekly to think more intentionally, strengthen decision-making, and improve how we lead ourselves, our teams, and our organizations.

Enrollment for the next installment is open for two weeks, and space is limited.
